Role OverviewThe Content & Creator Specialist is the content and creative lead for Graton's social and content function, responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
What You Will Do
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures, including content strategy, capture & creation, the calendar, and leading creator / influencer relationships.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in content strategy, content creation, or creator and partnership roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning content strategy and calendar planning.
- Strong photo, video, and editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience managing creator or influencer relationships and programs.
- Comfort and confidence as an on-camera and guest-facing brand representative.
- Familiarity with content rights, permissions, and required disclosures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
