Role Overview

The Content & Learning Experience Manager will own the quality, coherence, and pedagogical integrity of everything Nexthink builds for its GTM organization. This role requires someone who geeks out on how adults actually learn, cares deeply about the craft of instructional design, and can translate complex subject matter into content that reps actually use and retain.

What You Will Do

The Content & Learning Experience Manager will own Nexthink's GTM content library end-to-end, ensuring everything is accurate, current, findable, and built to a consistent standard of quality. They will establish and maintain a content governance framework, partner with Product Marketing, Product, and CS to ensure content reflects the current product, competitive landscape, and customer narrative, and manage Nexthink's Seismic instance as the content system of record.
