Role Overview

The Content Marketer will plan, create, and distribute strategic marketing content across multiple channels to drive measurable marketing outcomes. They will work with the Story Team to develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute content marketing strategies, optimize content for search visibility and AI discovery, plan and manage email marketing campaigns, research industry trends and audience insights, and monitor and report on content performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across industries and content formats
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for AI-powered search tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
  • Ability to interpret content analytics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating within a team
  • Curious, self-directed learner who can quickly get up to speed on new industries and client businesses
