Contingent HR Assistant (Fully Remote) position supporting high volume BPO/call center environment. Must be willing to work during volume spikes, available on short notice, and comfortable with inconsistent hours. Seeking highly dependable and adaptable HR professional to provide flexible support to HR team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Available on a short/limited notice basis
Willing to work during volume spikes, especially during peak times
Comfortable with inconsistent hours and flexible scheduling
Working knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws
Experience using HR systems
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
Comfortable with flexible scheduling and supporting HR virtually
Remote (work from home) experience
