The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) is seeking a Continuing Education & Program Manager to oversee and support the planning, coordination, and implementation of continuing education programs and chapter events for Florida and Georgia chapters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of professional experience supporting event planning.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and ongoing administrative tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication to handle correspondence, prepare reports, and liaise with members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Professional and courteous customer service when assisting members via phone, email, and social media
