Role Overview

The Continuous Improvement Associate will lead or participate in continuous improvement events to improve processes, identify potential cost reductions, and support safety and environmental efforts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical skills, and leadership skills. The associate will work in a team setting, handle multiple projects, and adapt to change. The position is responsible for implementing process improvements, verifying effectiveness, and supporting the Environmental Management System (EMS).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enhanced troubleshooting and administrative skills
  • Leading improvement initiatives (Kaizen events) from conception through implementation
  • Ability to lead/facilitate the implementation/sustainment of lean tools
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on continuous improvement concepts, tools, and techniques
