The Continuous Improvement Engineer III role leads enterprise-wide initiatives that transform customer operations and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience in customer or supplier facing engineering, process improvement, or consultative sales roles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-level projects with multimillion-dollar impact.
  • Deep expertise in packaging equipment or automation systems preferred
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Expected travel is up to 50% nationally
