Role OverviewThe Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and overall performance of the manufacturing process. The CI Engineer will work alongside the operations team to brainstorm, research and drive improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Supports and leads process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement operations, collects and analyzes data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, and ensures that all processes and improvements adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
