Continuous Improvement Facilitator

This position exists to optimize processes through analyzing data for a wide variety of projects throughout the business ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability at a competitive cost.

What You Will Do

Lead continuous improvement projects, events, and training to support business operations, facilitate the creation of solutions along with Operations to improve the flow of processes, and work with suppliers and vendors to support LEAN manufacturing projects and initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with LEAN practices and projects, a minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and people, and demonstrated successful project management experience in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience with LEAN practices and projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and people
• Demonstrated successful project management experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Problem solving mindset for creating solutions and bettering processes for overall efficiencies
• Ability to work both independently and lead in a team environment
• Monitoring, evaluation, and time management skills to track people and process improvements
• Strong technical communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis
• Ability to use good judgment in making decisions or recommendations
• Ability to collaborate effectively in interactions with all organizational departments and functional teams
• Demonstrate a commitment to LEAN practices and sustaining improvements to processes, quality, and customer satisfaction
