Role OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Lead - DC will coordinate, support, and lead local distribution center improvement activities and EOS implementation. This role will help improve operations and processes by strengthening Daily Management, accountability, problem solving, standard work, visual management, and continuous improvement routines.
What You Will Do
Leads and supports local improvement projects, RIEs, Kaizen events, A3 problem solving, bottleneck reviews, and transformation plan actions. Supports MDI routines from an EOS perspective, including KPI updates, visual management, leader standard work, and daily performance discussions.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution, operations, manufacturing, Lean/EOS, or continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience leading Daily Management, problem solving, action tracking, and cross-functional improvement work
- Practical knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, standard work, visual management, A3, Kaizen/RIE, VSA, and RCCM
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
