Job Description
Textron Aviation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean activities, develop a Continuous Improvement culture, and assess, prioritize, and execute lean management projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders, drive process improvements, promote a culture based on the Shingo model, and provide training on Lean methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), Sciences, Technology, or related fields
  • Certifications for Lean methodology and/or technical training
  • Relevant experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
