Role OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Leader will lead the Intertape Performance System (IPS) driving excellence throughout the sites through employee engagement. The role will drive the development and integration of all continuous improvement methodologies.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with site leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives, assure execution of continuous improvement projects, and provide site leadership for all continuous improvement activities.

Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering required
- 5+ years of successful continuous improvement experience in manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite required
- Continuous improvement experience is required; lean manufacturing Six Sigma training preferred
