Role OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Specialist will assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze company process and procedures, develop process enhancement strategies, investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes, establish norms and standards of company performance, monitor staff performance and organizational processes, communicate ideas and opinions to other members of management, and stay up to date with developments in management and process optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, process management, or operations
