Role OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Supervisor will implement structured problem-solving methodologies to maximize business performance, return savings to the bottom line, and build organizational capability. They will assist the CI team in building and demonstrating expertise in Lean/Toyota Production System (TPS) and Six Sigma.
What You Will Do
Develop skills to train others, train employees in Lean Manufacturing Tools, work with supervisors to identify improvement opportunities, schedule and manage Kaizen events, lead Kaizen events, and prepare reports.

Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Ability to effectively present information
- Bilingual, Spanish-English
- Minimum requirement of a college degree (engineering preferred, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering strongly preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
- Practical application proficiency with mathematical statistics preferred
- Ability to perform financial calculations and create and manage budgets
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
