Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Technician will be responsible for completing CI activities and monitoring sustainment activities that immediately follow CI projects revolving around Shop Floor, Design, and Business Processes (Value Chain Focus).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience is required.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and related business processes is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic mechanical skills using hand tools and small machine operation such as drill press, cut off saw.
