Job Description
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician to work with others to improve processes that make an impact on business performance. This role will use proven lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools and methodologies to support improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum two years previous job experience implementing lean principles and participation on Kaizen events
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean principles and the ability to train/lead others to better understand these principles
  • Ability to effectively manage Kaizen event planning and preparation, event archival, and follow-up
  • Ability to influence other team members without direct authority across all functions and areas of the business to be able to implement improvements and sustain results
