Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst to certify proper case processing in accordance with contractual requirements. The QCA will be a subject matter expert who certifies accuracy, consistency, and quality specifications within the CV process.

Requirements

  • Perform internal and customer required inspections on Continuous Vetting case processing functions
  • Report inspection results to appropriate department and/or customer leadership teams
  • Analyze relevant data, case items and function processes to determine improvements or alternate workflows
  • Identify and document inaccuracies on assigned work items
  • Create and maintain work processes and procedure manuals
  • Meet with Operations, Training Managers and/or Customer to evaluate inspection results; recommend and implement corrective action
  • Respond to additional customer requests as needed
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with customer performance standards and defined metrics to include Trusted Workforce 2.0
