Role OverviewThe Contract Administrator IV serves as an expert-level contracts professional responsible for enterprise-wide contract strategy, policy development, and oversight of highly complex agreements. This role advises executives on contractual risk, governance, and business implications while shaping contract administration standards across the organization.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading enterprise contract administration strategy and governance practices, overseeing and approving highly complex, high-risk, or strategically significant contracts, providing guidance to executives on contract obligations, exposure, and risk mitigation, and developing and enforcing enterprise-wide contract policies, standards, and best practices.
