Role OverviewTrideum Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Huntsville. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering contracts within the defense industry. This role requires a strong understanding of government contracting regulations, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
What You Will Do
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including government and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals. Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will work at our office in Huntsville 4 days per week with a hybrid option of remote work 1-day per week. US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of experience in contract/subcontract administration, preferably within the defense industry.
- In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government contracting regulations.
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint modules, specifically the Capture & Contracts module and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
