Role OverviewThe Contract Analyst is responsible for administering specific assigned stages of the Terumo Medical Corporation (TMC) Sales Contract Lifecycle. This includes drafting, reviewing, and analyzing the terms and conditions, pricing, and performance of contracts. The Contract Analyst will work closely with the Sales Organization, Corporate Account management, and cross-functional departments to oversee the administration and analytics of IDN, GPO, Hospital, and other sales contracts.
What You Will Do
The Contract Analyst will be responsible for drafting and/or reviewing contract T&C's, understanding and revising business decision language and comments prior to Legal review. They will also be responsible for accurately completing and coordinating RFI's, RFP's, and contract submissions, monitoring and analyzing contract compliance with Terumo contracts processes and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of contract analyst and/or contract administration experience
- Knowledge of GPO, IDN, Hospital/Institutional, and/or other sales-based contracts and contracting processes
- Experience with a contracting ERP system (SAP, etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
