Job Description
The Contract Compliance Officer oversees and administers all aspects of contract compliance, workforce, and certified small business participation for development projects, as governed by City Ordinance chapters 355 and 370 and corresponding ordinances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration and compliance or a closely related field.
  • Certification as a Wisconsin Notary Public within three months of appointment and throughout employment.
