Job Description
Role Overview

Assist the Sales team with contract and closing duties, including reviewing and preparing closing packages, communicating with title and construction departments, and updating reports.

What You Will Do

Review PSA's, DHI Sales, JDE, change orders, and amendments for accuracy, obtain approvals, and send to appropriate parties. Perform general clerical assistance and comply with corporate requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to apply common sense understanding, and proficiency with MS Office and email are required. Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail is preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Six months to one-year prior experience and/or training in real estate transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
