Role OverviewThe Contract Coordinator will play an integral role in managing contracts and supporting infrastructure projects that improve the City's streets, facilities, and public spaces. The role involves coordinating contract administration, project documentation, and bid openings, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, compliantly, and with exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Coordinate contract administration and project documentation, assist with bid openings and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and support capital improvement and infrastructure projects from initiation through close-out.

Requirements
- Five (5) years of contract administration and project management experience or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field with at least three (3) years of contract administration and project management experience
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute or another accredited agency approved by the Public Works Director
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites
