Role OverviewLead a team that manages contract discrepancies, commercial funding, and Loyalty Accelerator Program support, providing email and phone support to Mercedes-Benz dealers and Dealer Relations Managers. Execute leadership strategies to create an excellent experience for internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, drive employee development, and execute management activities such as performance appraisals, interviews, and talent selection. Investigate and make decisions on escalated dealer issues, manage team performance, and provide process improvement ideas.
