Job Description
Join Enverus as a Commercial Title Examiner to help empower the global quality of life by making energy affordable and accessible. Conduct comprehensive title searches, identify and resolve defects, and ensure property titles are clear and free from encumbrances for utility or construction projects. Serve as a subject matter expert in sovereignty title and provide support to internal partners.
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience as a Landman /Energy Title Examiner or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a Commercial Title Examiner or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Working Knowledge of commercial and energy title, including unimproved land acquisition and disposition
