Role OverviewThis is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a minimum guarantee of 20 hours/week for individuals who want flexible work supporting FBO line services. Selected contractors will be added to Desert Jet’s contract employee roster to support aircraft towing and repositioning in and out of hangars and ramp areas.
What You Will Do
Performing basic aircraft services, greeting and assisting pilots, passengers, and crew members, loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and supplies, performing routine inspections and upkeep of ramp, hangar, and operational areas, and assisting with Fixed Base Operator (FBO) support activities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work flexible hours such as early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license
