Requirements

  • Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Demonstrated experience litigating cases in U.S. District Courts
  • Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
  • Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and workload independently in a remote setting
