Role OverviewAs a Contract Logistics Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will work in a warehouse environment, moving materials, loading and unloading materials, and performing various duties to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include data entry, compiling statistics, examining records, and resolving process inefficiencies. You will also investigate overdue and damaged shipments, analyze complaints, and record meeting minutes.

Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in customer service or quality assurance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is highly desired
- Ability to effectively solve problems
- Must be a US Citizen
