Role OverviewEMCOR Government Services is seeking a Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operation of the contract for the medical treatment facilities of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The CMM will lead a 24/7 healthcare facilities maintenance program supporting mission-critical hospital infrastructure, regulatory compliance, life safety systems, and continuous facility operations.
What You Will Do
The CMM will be responsible for overall contract performance, lead a multidisciplinary operations and maintenance organization, oversee preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, quality control, and safety programs, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, NFPA codes, and OSHA regulations.

Requirements
- CHFM certification by ASHE
