Contract Manager, Contract Management

Digital Realty is seeking a Contract Manager to support contract management activities across North America. The role is part of the global Contract Management team within the Legal, Risk, Sustainability, and Compliance organization. The Contract Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies, and partner closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to support efficient deal execution.

Lead the review, execution, administration, and management of commercial agreements, ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, risk tolerance standards, and corporate governance expectations, and drive continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, contract administration, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, commercial agreements, and contract lifecycle management practices
• Experience managing high-volume workloads in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience identifying contractual risks and developing practical risk mitigation strategies
• Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, preferably Conga
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
