The Contract Paralegal is responsible for the administration and organization of existing contracts, negotiation and revision of customer agreements, and general assistance to the Leadership and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • Paralegal experience or certification required
  • 2-5 years of contract management experience or other related experience with contracting in a corporate environment
