Role OverviewThe Contract Part-Time Educator will lead the team in executing critical product functions, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and driving team performance and development. They will be responsible for creating a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences, and ensuring a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Contract Part-Time Educator include ensuring team members execute company-driven product-focused directives, driving implementation of the Company and Store Manager's product and visual merchandising strategies, and coaching and developing team members in product operations and visual merchandising execution and standards.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year experience with inventory management, stocking, planning and logistics, and/or product or visual merchandising
- 1 year leadership or management experience (e.g., leading work of others, coaching or providing feedback)
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or above
