Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter with a proven track record in data center talent acquisition for a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and operational roles within the data center industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to source and network within the data center industry, specifically in operations, engineering, infrastructure, and construction
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines
