The Contract Recruiter role is responsible for sourcing candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and providing a robust pipeline of candidates to support the TA departments recruiting efforts.
What You Will Do
Responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire external talent. Maintain robust pipeline of candidates while ensuring a quality candidate experience and effective flow of applicants.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Staffing experience preferred
- Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision
- Excellent English and grammar skills
- Ability to use business math concepts
- Must be team-oriented, get along well with others, and demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people
- Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical thinking skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment
- Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, and a positive attitude
- Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
