Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the Legal Department with document management, implementation, and management of PCA's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role involves serving as a central point of contact for PCA contracts, fielding inquiries, and coordinating workflow with counsel. The Contract Specialist-Paralegal will assist in refining and implementing the CLM system, reviewing contracts, and interacting with departments and third parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Two-plus (2+) years of experience
  • Proven organization, self-motivation, reliability, and ability to efficiently prioritize and work independently
  • Knowledge of contract process and procedures
