Role OverviewThe TxDOT Contract Services Division is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Contract Specialist/Administrator position. In this role, you will be responsible reviewing and processing non-typical contracts, supporting attorneys negotiating contracts, and maintaining contract templates.
What You Will Do
Conduct audits, researches and identifies problems with proposals, contracts, contractors or lettings and proposes solutions. Confers with legal staff and management on various legal matters; inspects and reviews contracts for compliance with certification requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 5 years in contract administration, administrative support, bookkeeping or accounting
- Valid driver’s license
