Contract Strategic Sourcing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams through sourcing events and negotiations.
• Deep expertise in sourcing methodologies, RFx processes, contract structures, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organizational environments with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, including experience evaluating supplier cost models and market data.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, balance workload, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
