What You Will Do
Manage assigned healthcare requisitions, source candidates, conduct screenings, present qualified candidates, and maintain recruiting activity within the ATS.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience in staffing agency or full-desk recruiting environments
- Ability to manage 35–40 active requisitions
- Strong candidate vetting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service with hiring managers
- Highly organized documentation and recruiting activity tracking
- Strong follow-through and responsiveness in a remote environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Creative sourcing and relationship-building skills
