Role Overview

Supporting Legacy Community Health as a fully remote recruiter, managing healthcare requisitions, sourcing candidates, and delivering well-vetted candidates in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

What You Will Do

Manage assigned healthcare requisitions, source candidates, conduct screenings, present qualified candidates, and maintain recruiting activity within the ATS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Experience in staffing agency or full-desk recruiting environments
  • Ability to manage 35–40 active requisitions
  • Strong candidate vetting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service with hiring managers
  • Highly organized documentation and recruiting activity tracking
  • Strong follow-through and responsiveness in a remote environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Creative sourcing and relationship-building skills
