Independence Marketing Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Contracting Specialist - Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient contracting experience.

What You Will Do

Handle communications, manage documentation, and provide support throughout the contracting process. Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails from agents, organize and maintain records, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for agents on carrier contracting and certification requirements.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
