This is a high-impact role where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of government contracts, serve as a trusted advisor to program teams, and play a key part in ensuring mission success from contract award through closeout.

Requirements
- Must reside in the Northern Virginia / Maryland / Washington, DC area with the ability to periodically attend on-site meetings at Peraton facilities and customer sites
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Hands-on experience managing Government contracts and subcontracts under FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency supplements
- Demonstrated experience responding to RFPs, participating in proposal and pre-award review meetings, conducting negotiations, and drafting/finalizing contracts
- Proficiency in preparing, maintaining, and communicating contract records, reports, and documentation in compliance with corporate and contract management requirements
- Experience executing contract closeout — including finalizing outstanding issues, issuing final modifications and invoices, and coordinating contractor performance evaluations
- US Citizenship required
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
