Job Description
At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe. We are seeking a detail‐oriented and business‐savvy Contract Analyst to support our Life Sciences Business.
Requirements
Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and Customer contracts.
Evaluate legal and business terms to ensure compliance with company policies while assessing risk and seeking alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead contract negotiations with external Customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to reach mutually agreeable terms.
