Role OverviewSupports Category Managers, Strategic Procurement, and Procurement staff in developing and negotiating procurement contracts. Reviews contract terms and conditions, negotiates favorable terms, and drafts contractual provisions.
What You Will Do
Participate in negotiations with counterparties, collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement Personnel and Company Law Department, and develop contract templates. Create training materials and provide training on contracting best practices.
