Role OverviewThe Contracts Consultant will provide advanced support for planning, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance/control programs for the Substation Division. This position is a hybrid position based in Warrendale, PA. The successful candidate will work with Corporate Contracts Manager and in-house legal counsel as required, and participate in direct negotiations with customers and suppliers when requested.
What You Will Do
The Contracts Consultant will provide contractual terms and conditions review support for sales orders, sales and purchasing contracts, and Sales Representative Agreements. They will also perform risk analysis and propose suggestions to keep contracts within the Company Limits of Authority policy.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years' experience working with commercial contracts for international equipment and services sales. They will also have advanced knowledge of contract language and techniques, and advanced consulting and negotiating skills.
