Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contracts Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI. This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day status of open contracts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

Requirements

  • Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day status of open contracts and purchase orders
  • Prepares contract coordination artifacts, maintains accurate records of vendor performance, and verifies that all procurement transactions meet established SOPs and legal requirements
  • Monitors supply chain risks and coordinates with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for organizational operations
  • Drafts and maintains contract expediting documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific
  • Prepares procurement artifacts for senior-level review and monitors the status of ongoing vendor actions at regional mission-support sites
  • Assists in identifying procurement gaps and recommends priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness and mission-essential functions
