Role Overview

We're seeking a licensed attorney who wants to build a long-term career in-house and develop a broad set of legal, business, and operational skills. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, U.S., this role combines commercial contracting, legal operations, compliance support, and cross-functional business partnership.

What You Will Do

Review and negotiate routine commercial agreements, coordinate legal matters, maintain critical legal processes, and support the day-to-day operations of a lean legal department.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission and good standing to practice law in Massachusetts (or ability to register as in-house counsel)
  • 2-5 years of legal experience, ideally involving commercial contracting, corporate law, litigation support, or in-house legal work
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial agreements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and technology tools
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately
