Job Description
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our legal team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as maintaining contract templates and playbooks. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of in-house experience, ideally supporting a SaaS or tech company, and hands-on experience with procurement, master services agreements, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements.
