Job Description
At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We're looking for a Contracts Manager to join our legal team and help build a generational company at a true inflection point.

Requirements

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements, Staffing Agreements, and other Procurement Agreements
  • Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks, refine approval workflows and intake processes, and leverage Harvey to continuously improve and scale the legal team's contracting operations
  • Flag non-standard terms and issues affecting product, privacy, and regulatory compliance, escalate to legal counsel as needed, negotiate Data Processing Agreements, and ensure contracts comply with internal policies
