What You Will Do
Review, negotiate, and administer professional services contracts, including prime agreements, subconsultant agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in contract administration or contract management, preferably within the A/E/C industry or professional services
- Strong working knowledge of contractual language, risk allocation principles, and professional services contracting
- Demonstrated ability to review and interpret complex terms and conditions and provide clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and with external partners
- Experience with state, federal, and municipal government contracting is preferred
- Certification or coursework in contract management (e.g., NCMA, IACCM) is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance requirements and risk management for professional services firms is preferred
