Job Description
Coforma is seeking an organized Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a blend of project management, negotiation, and client communication skills, serving as a key business partner to several departments, including Growth, Delivery, and Legal. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and has a strong understanding of federal government contracting and digital product development.
Requirements
3+ years of federal contract management experience for acquisitions of agile software development services or digital products
Experience with a wide variety of contract types including FFP, T&M, BPAs, GSA Schedule Order purchases, GWACs, and agency IDIQs
Experience with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Unanet, and project management or ticketing software such as JIRA
Strong writer and communicator with experience distilling complex regulations into plain language
Full-time resident of the contiguous United States
