Role OverviewThis position can be based in Exton, PA or from a home office in the United States. As a member of our global legal department, you will support a range of commercial negotiations and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support the legal review of customer procurement requests, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial technology contracts
- Experience with technology licensing, SaaS agreements, and data privacy and information security terms
- Direct involvement in negotiating common information security provisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and engagements concurrently
